What if I could turn back time to fix all the regrets about the past four years? Lately, I have been thinking about that very question, quite a lot in fact. Through all the pain of lonely nights and valentines that never came, I found stars to brighten my sky. I wouldn’t change the people that touched me in high school or all the good and bad times I had, because it all made me the person I am today.
“Jealousy is human nature; we are a jealous species and nobody should be faulted for it. We can’t just stop being jealous, because it doesn’t work that way. We can’t look for flaws in what we are jealous over; that doesn’t work either. What we can do is find the beautiful parts of our lives that make being jealous seem silly. Don’t be sad about what you don’t have, instead look at what you do have and cherish that.”—Aaron Mack
